I am seeking information on the Joseph Vantile and Rosella (Spurlock) Perdue
family. My emphasis is on three of the children though any other information
would certainly be appreciated. Joesph was born 13 Dec 1855 in Abingdon, IL,
Rosella was born 16 Jun 1861 in Sandusky, Lee Co, IA.
The children I have special interest in are;

Is anyone doing research or have information on William PERDUE (PURDY),
born between 1695 & 1704 in either England or Ireland, came to Chester
County, PA in 1738 from County Antrim in Ireland, married Susanna PIM on
November 25 1747, and had two sons: Folliard Ridge PERDUE and Mentor Pim
PERDUE? I would appreciate hearing from you and am willing to share all
information I have.

I'm hot on the trail of my ancestor, Richard Purdue (possibly spelled
PERDUE in census) and his wife Jane Gamble. My earliest info about them
is her arrival from Ireland on the ship "Genoa" in NY City on 24 March
1851. He was born in Aug 1826 and may also have come from Ireland. He
died Oct 1907. They married abt.
1852 and settled in East Orange, NJ. Richard was a florist as were his 2
sons. Apparently, he was associated with the Central Brick Presbyterian
Church in E. Orange and was dismissed for unknown r
I just saw a old photo album on ebay with pictures. Listed some of the names
in the album. One that I remember was Baylor Perdue.

Looking for information on both the birth & death of William PURDY
(PERDUE)--I seem to have all the information in between:
* came to Chester Co, PA, USA from County Antrim, Ireland (he had a
certificate from the Ballynacree MM dated the 23rd of February 1737 and was
accepted into the Bradford MM during the meeting of April 15 1738)
* married Susanna PIM Headin, a widow, on November 25, 1747 (she was
born in Lackah, Queens, Leinster, Ireland on August 24, 1707, the daughter
of Moses PIM & Ann R
Looking for information on MARY ELISBETH PARDUE/PERDUE/PURDUE. She married
JOHN R. BUTTS. Two children that I know of, MARY CATHERINE born prior to 1815
andGEORGE WASHINGTON BUTTS born April 17, 1815 in Putman Ga. died in Alabama
on March 3, 1896.
Interested in finding MARY E. PARUDUE'S parents and siblings. Thanks for any
help that anyone could pass on to help me find them.
