Would like to fill out info on David and on their children:
David was married on 21 Jun 1872 in Sullivan Co MO to Hannah Alexander HAYNES bn 15 Apr 1855 died 1920/1930
Their children Ida B bn 1874, Mary bn 1877 and Lottie C bn 1880.
David is not with Hannah and the children in the 1880 Sullivan County Census, not sure if he died or they were divorced.
Hannah married Marvin Johnson on 9 Dec 1882 in Sullivan County.
Laverne,
It would be interesting to know what the rates would be for the dorm where
we stayed the first time rather then the middle one we stayed in the last
time. At least the meeting room was air conditioned and with lots of seating.
Dates do not matter to me.

One last post to the list this evening. Our list administrator Christine has become quite busy in her career and, as of last month, gave the administrative duties of the PIATT and PYATT lists to me. Between running over the country having fun and chasing grandsons I have just now begun to learn what all is involved in administering the lists. I don't think there have been any problems in the interim as the Piatt listers are very nice folks.
One thing I'd like to mention:
The Piatt/Pyatt list is a valua
Since the Piatt lists have been rather quiet lately we can hope that all our subscribers are enjoying many wonderful summer days outdoors in activities not necessarily related to genealogy.
Several of Piatt researchers met in June in Salt Lake City for the 21st annual Pyeatt (Piatt) Researchers Conference. We had a great time in a wonderful town with supurb hosts Sharolynn Pyeatt and her sister Mari Miller. Not all our time was spent in the Family History Library as Sharolynn and Mari made sure we ate at
I have waited patiently for responses! Has anyone keyed in documents found that could be shared by email so that I can add to my resources on my website? By the way, I have been working feverishly on some lines (sorry Laverne, no sunshine for me) and have added a bunch of census abstracts and such. I abstracted all Piatt/Pyeatt/etc deaths from 1910-1940 Missouri this past weekend on vacation and have about 10 death certificate copies to key in (and many more dozen that I can post as a list/index until the
Researchers at the recent Piatt conference in Salt Lake decided that there are still unanswered questions about early New Jersey and, so, decided to try to schedule the 2006 conference at Delaware Valley College in Doylestown PA. We have been to Doylestown twice before. The location offers access to New Jersey research sites without much trouble. (NJ insurance requirements have prevented us from actually being able to schedule a site in New Jersey and Delaware Valley College has treated us very well.)

I have an email listing Elizabeth as a DAR Descendent of Peter Pyeatte.
The number given is 386338.
Can anyone tell me more about this person?
Thanks,
Robin

New Jersey sounds great! I would be available for the June 25 week (my son
starts school this year and won't be out yet for the week of the 18th). Not
crazy about the school setup though when I can get us into a Best Western
for $10 more (and free breakfast) just outside Trenton.
I really really hope I can go next year!
