Srildia Piatt, who married Arnold W Conway, may have been a daughter of John H. Pyeatt (born 1862 MO). John H. Pyeatt was a son of William D. Pyeatt (born 1831 MO, died 1912 MO).
John H. Pyeatt and Delitha J. "Eliza" Kenworthy married in Shannon County, MO, 7 August 1891. Several brothers of John H. Pyeatt also marr

Anita,
Some of the Piatts mentioned in the Oregon 1930 census are from my Piatt
family. Several years ago Lynn White traced our Oregon Piatt family to
Columbia County, PA. The family moved to Lucerne County, Pa and then to
Van Buren County, IA. About 1874 the Piatts, Riggins, Wolfs and Zinks
left Iowa for Oregon. Some lived in Washington County but eventually
settled in Linn County. The one's that you listed that belong to my
Piatt family are:
Lora Piatt who was married to James Piatt, son of Isaiah
Anita,
There are also Pyeatt's living in Oregon in 1930. The Pyeatt's are from
the Arkansas branch of the family (the New Jersey/Pennsylvania links are
Rene, Jacob, Jacob, John/Jane Blair who went to North Carolina & then
their children moved into Kentucky & on into Arkansas). I can't
remember if there were any Pyatt's there in the 1920 census, but
anything is possible.
As I recall, my great-grandfather died in 1929 & my grandparents may
have been in California, since my grandfather was in the merchant

Ann Carter Piatt, who married Benjamin Fanklin Piatt in Bartholomew Co In, was
the daughter of Nathan Carter and Elizabeth Leonard.
Two additional items about Ann's family might be of interest. The "Original

DAR, 1976-77 shows Nathan Carter purchased 84.56 acres in the SW 1/4 of Sec 2,

And I see someone else is related to her?
How did I miss this?
One of the decedents names are COX.
So I guess I do have direct family on this line?
Would this person please contact me?
Also Robin, did I send you my GED?
I don't seem to be able to find it if I did. I meant to anyways!
Please let me know and I will do that right away!
Thanks, Anita A.

Hi Anita, I got out the Bible and do not find any Taylors married to a Piatt,

village" don't know what village....another is a large sheet of paper that
is the beginning of a family tree on Aurelius Pryer Taylor b 1829 in Xeniz
