Hello,
I am trying to determine if the WILLIAM PYATT who married DEANNER HORNSBY in
Burnet County, TX, Apr 8, 1853 is my William

line, but, need something on Dianne born c1836
in Mississippi. The only other thing that we know about her is that her
father was born in MS and her mother was born in VA.
We have William & Dianna back in Ste Genevieve Co, Missouri (where he moved

Hi Marianne,
I think that I may actually be able to help you with this request. There
are several sources available to me here in Virginia - if you could give
me a little time I think I could check these sources for you or at least
pass the info on to you.
I am almost ready to send the info back to you on George Y. and Teressa
Pyeatt - I spoke to one of their granddaughters a few days ago. I should
have some interesting info to contribute.
I will look your soldier up for you.
Sincerely,
Becky Cumins

Marianne,
I tried like crazy to get info for you on William D. Pyeatt. I used the
Official Records (128 volumes) - searched by name (with various
spellings) and MCClardy's Regiment - nothing. I also used a book that I
have that lists all the Confederate Units - nothing.
I have a friend that does Civil War Soldier research for a fee, I have
used her numerous times and she has always been successful. She charges
$39.00 per individual searched, plus shipping and copying: $.10 per page
Union $.25 per p
Hello, my name is Linda Owens. I am looking for an aunt who was taken by
her father Fred Piatt in 1922 from Flint, MI. Fred was married to my
grandmother Enola Tebo. He also left with my grandmother's younger sister
Zelma. Fred was born in 1881 in Pa. My aunt was born in Dec of 1919.
As far as I know they have never communicated with the Tebo family since
their departure. I have a strong desire to find my aunt and am hoping she
is still alive. I would appreciate any help that could be given. I wis
