I looked at the 1860 census for Marion Co OH, Prospect Twp and found George and Nancy Moyer with the two Pains in the household. Ancestry's indexer read the name as Daley Pain but if you look at the original image I think you can see the name as Daby--a variation of Debby--which would fit with Debroh Paine.

I posted I found him in the 1900 census, what I meant to say is that I found him in the 1910 census in Kentucky. The 1910 census has him listed as being 44 and the 1920 census has him listed as 51. So the Frank in the 1880 census would be the right age.

I saw the census that you sent and was stumped also. My thinking is that Debroh Paine is William's mother. Nancy his sister-she is listed in the 1860 census married to George Moyer, Debroh listed with her as Daly Pain.

Koons, Kinnear, and Moyer don't seem to be connected to the Piatt side of the family of the children you mentioned. I'd look for connections with the Paine side.
Incidentally, the name Tabitha (sometimes found as Dabitha) was the name of another of the several daughters of Stephen and Mary McConnell Piatt. P

It has been a long time since I have had any contact with Piatt researchers, and I hope this address is valid. In case anyone is interested in this branch of the Piatt family, I would like to advise you that I finally visited Bellview, Ky (also known as Bellview Bottoms and Grant in Boone Co., KY) again and this time was able to locate the house built by Dr. Louis H. I have the marriage as:
PIATT, G. Frank and Mrs. Rozella PIATT 12 Oct 1898 This would indicate that she was a Piatt by marriage and not birth (which ties into your family history). I think it's logical to assume a relationship among the Piatts you posted from Loudoun Co VA to Muskingum Co OH, via Hampshire Co VA for research purposes and until proven otherwise.
There are connections between Muskingum Co OH and Loudoun Co VA other than in the Piatt line, and within the Quaker community. In addition, descendants of Amos of Muskingum Co OH (I believe) joined Stillwater MM in Belmont Co OH. This last sentence is from memory and could be wrong.
We would welcome a descendant

Hello again.

Keep up the good work! I've printed your Stephen and Mary McConnell Piatt information in case I can get to Marion Co OH in the next couple months. There is much work to be done there still.

First, I cannot get a Catherine or James of any surname to show up in Center Township. Indeed, Ancestry says there
