Dave B. Piatt David B. Piatt, 59, of Williamstown passed away Sept. 17, 2006, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital. He was born in Parkersburg, Sept. 26, 1946, a son of the late Thomas H. And Betty June Porter Piatt. Music played a major role in Daves life. He graduated from Williamstown High School in 1965 where he played in the Marching Band.
