Hi Janet, I have a Pierson that I have been trying to connect to one of the Pierson lines. I don't have his true given name, but he was known as "Slick" Pierson b aprox 1922 He had 2 siblings. I'm wondering if there could be a connection to Donald or George ? I know that Slick was in in the navy 1943-45 and his home port was in CA. He was a radioman. I believe he was born in TX possibly OK or KS. One distinguishing fact is that he was 6' 6" tall. Any ideas? Thanks, Judie---jtvs@aol.com

Seeking information or connections to William K. Pierson, years estimated about 1818 to after 1880. He lived in Warren County, New Jersey, was a Methodist Minister, and served in the Civil War for either NJ or PA. Any help would be appreciated. Mike

Mike, Sorry but I don't know the pierson line back that far. My relatives were in New Jersey. The siblings, Gertrude (born 1835), D. and Charles, were born in the Forked River, Jersey City areas. I think Charles was the youngest. But I don't have their parents' names. Gertrude married TJ Willever. D. married Blanche Evans and had a son, Edward, in 1869 in Brooklyn. Charles lived in Tallahassee, Florida later in his life. That's really all I know. If I come across a William K in my research, I'll keep you in

Looking for info on my g-grandfather, he lived in Madison Co. TN. but was originally from FL. or GA. we think. His mother was Elizabeth Hunter, who might be from FL. His father was John M. Pierson. John Marion Pierson B:06/16/1857 married: Laura Weldon Guinn in Madison Co. TN. 12/25/1878 Soon after their marriage in TN. they moved to Grandview, TX. then in about 1912 they moved to Bishop, TX.
