I am also decended from the RABB family. What I have so far is that John Nicholas RABB, Jr. (b. 3/7/1772 Wurtenburg, Germany) was given a spanish land grant in 1788. He married Cecilia Clark in 1797/8 (fuzzy records here). They had, it looks like, 12 children. One

His mothers name was Annie. (maiden name Roundree). His Fathers name was

I found an article (re of an old letter on John Nicholas Rabb) written by his
gt gt gt granddaughter and it has a pencil note made by someone in loose
papers in a Louisiana library that this was from the Natchez Court Records.

Louisiana. (Son of Samuel bn. 1738 Fayette Co. Pa.)
Samuel Rabb and wife Rebecca had the following named children:
Samuel H., Emily, Margaret, Caroline Matilda, Minerva B. Martha W. Mary
Elizabeth and Laura.
Samuel Rabb Sr. died in W. Feliciana Pr. la. in June 1837, and his wife
Rebecca died 16. Dec. 1858. both were buried at Bayou Sara, near St.
Francisville, West Feliciana, Pr. Lousiana.
