Dear Keth I hope you have not deleted the file SULFNBK.EXE it is an important file for seting up or restoring you start up menue. Yes you will find it on your computer because it is supose to be there. Yes I have it on my computer and it is after June first and all my files are intact. I am searching for information on my great grandfather James Kinkade Rabb born in 1843 died in 1908 or 1911. He had 9 children and his wife's maiden name was Henderson, I don't know more about her other than she died in childbirth with #9 named Nan. There was also a Grace and my grandfather Glazier Henderson Rabb. Somewhere they migrated from Texas to Seattle area. Can anyone help???

That's another hoax, folks. That particular file allows you to use long names for naming your own files. If you delete it, you won't miss it unless you have a professional use for it. Pat, I thank you for the response. Yes, I had deleted the file, BUT, I wash able to restore it by reloading my WINDOWS98 UPDATE CD. I would appreciate hearing what Microsoft says. I am a descendant of the Rabbs of Adams and Wilkinson County, MS. My ancestors were Nicholas and John Rabb, Alonzo Tyler Rabb and Hannah Janet Rabb. I do not know if they might be related to your Rabbs but the proximity is fairly close.
