Ms. Hart and others,
I also descend from John of Norwalk (see my signature line). I am wondering
what source you found to link John to James REED/REID of Wendron, Cornwall,
England. I am having a next to impossible time establishing that link.
Is it in the book by Ella Reed Wright? I'm lucky in that my family has
pooled their resources to purchase the Reed lineage for my birthday. My
grandfather and his ancestry is listed there back to John. I have seen the
book in microfiche format at the FHC, but

one has substantiated that name yet. Let me know what you find.

them.
So, there I am. Thank you for asking.
