The question posed by St. Peter is"What is Easter?"
The first blonde replied, "Oh,that's easy! It's the holiday in
November when we all get together, eat turkey and are thankful..."

We will all miss Johnita. Words cannot say how much she meant to all of us, through her cheer, and research. Take care of all that research she did.

Roxanne, I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. I corresponded with
her many times. It is likely that we are cousins, albeit distant. I shall
miss her correspondence. I think we connected as Rhea/Ray, Redwine and
Hendrix. Again Great loss, greatly missed. Dr. Bob Barnes

Roxanne:
I was so sorry to hear about your dear mother Johnita's death. I always
enjoyed her messages to the Rhea board, and corresponded with her directly
once or twice. She was always so willing to help.
A light has gone out in the world and in the Rhea family community. I share
your loss, as I know how it feels to lose a mom. My precious mother, my
first and dearest friend, died in 1992, and I have missed her every day of
my life since that time. No matter how old or young we are, when we lose

My mother passed away at home on Aug. 9, 2001. She was a member of alot of groups so I felt I should inform those who might have known her. She loved to research her family line and from some of the emails I have read recently she must of loved to research other people's family lines.
I have already removed her from most if not all of the group lists.
She will be greatly missed.
Thank you to those who have already sent their condolences.
The following is her obit.

This is the URL for the 1840 Census of Pensioners
Go to the search part and put in the surname you are searching for. A page will open up with all the states that contain that surname. I couldn't get any of those sites to open. So I made a note of the states that contained the info I wanted, and then went back and clicked on that state. That works.
