Nothing has been found on whether she received the divorce or not, but I found somewhere on the net (not sure where at this time, just installed new harddrive and have not transferred everything yet) where her name was changed back to Rhea and Robert's was also Rhea. But when Robert Preston married in 1850 he was once again using the name Fickle. (This is my gggrandfather). Also found in the 1870 census where Abram Fickle was married again.
