Looking for descendants of William Robertson, the
son of Col. Charles Robertson. William states in his
Revolutionary Pension File (S4790 that he was born

give his birthplace as North Carolina.
He fought in Lord Dunmore's War, at the Watauga
Settlements, and at King's Mountain.
He is said to have married Delilah Spann. He had a
daughter, Susannah, who married Andrew Blackwood.
He may have married a second time.
He probably had several other children who ar

Mr. John Anderson Brayton, in "The Ancestry of Gen. James

Ancestry of Tennessee Williams," presented what he believes
is a "corrected" and more complete version of the material.

On ROBERTSON ARCHIVES at

there are four more of the Washington>Tangipahoa LA deeds uploaded by
Lorene Rambo .
These deeds will be of interest to both ROBERTSON and HEADEN researchers.
Lorene is not a HEADEN descendent, so we particularly appreciate her
genealogically public spirited efforts.
Lorene promises more, but perhaps after a couple of weeks.
I have rearranged the deeds in year order.

I am looking for any information on my g grandfather Tony ROBERTSON.
He shows up in Kaufman Co TX in 1920, but can not find him prior to that. I know that he was born between 1865-1867 and died between 1920-1929. I want to know who his siblings are and parents. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
