Has anyone run across a connection between the RUSH family and the KELLEY
family in the mid-1700s in Bedford, Orange, or Culpeper Counties of
Virginia?
My ancestor, James KELLEY, born 1758, Bedford County VA, was the son on John
KELLEY and, supposedly, Ann RUSH.
I feel certain there is a RUSH connection to the KELLEY family through
James' brother, Benjamin; several of Benjamin KELLEY's descendants in
Kentucky have the middle name RUSH.
Would anyone have any information that would help?

Hi to all!
I'm new to this list...has anyone been able to
determine the "missing link" from the David Rush that
came to South Carolina from Pennsylvania to the next
generation up?
My maiden name was Rush...I've got both the Rush
books, but as far as it was at publication of those,
the "missing link" hadn't been determined, right?
Does anyone know?

I'm part of the Illinois Rush family. How far back have you searched?
It is good to see more postings to this list. I am interested in the
message about Rush from Vermont because at this point in my Rush research I
have a link to Pawlett, Rutland Co, Vermont.
My ancestral line from me:

Maysie Marian RUSH (1899-1978)

Isaac Wilson RUSH, Sr. (1818-1889)
This Isaac RUSH was a brick wall forever, but last October the link was
found to his family from NY:

Looking for someone who has the time it takes to act as the listmaster in my
place. I seem to no longer spend much time doing geneological work, and
thought one of you might like to take over.
Actual list operations take very little time, but I like a volunteer who
will dedicate some effort to getting the list actively researching again.
Ther hasn't been a whole lot of activity over the last few months.
If interested, reply to me directly and not to the list.
And, no, I'm not going anywhere, just need so
