My great-great-grandmother was Marjorie Ellen Saunders, born about 1848 in Putnam Co., Va. (later W.Va.). Her father was said to be "Tony" Saunders but so far I haven't been able to track him down. I've looked mainly for Anthony, Antonio, or simply A. or T. Saunders. Still no luck. Good Luck,
