1. Re: [SAVAGE] Looking for the descendents of ?? Stenhouse Savage? [1]
Hello, I dont' know either of the Stenhouse girl's birth dates. Below is an excerpt from my Stenhouse file showing their parent's birthdate, etc.. # "V" is actually my g.g.great grandparents, then # "3" is my great grandmother. You will see # "1" is William, my g.g.uncle. Look at "A" and "B", his daughters. Those are the ones I would like to find their descendents of. It is all I have. Hi all, I found a Savage Bible at this site that is re: the family of William Lyttleton Savage born 1812, possibly Northampton Co., VA. The notes contain some undocumented info as well, re: his parents and his wife's parents (Sarah Chauncey). This is the only Savage related Bible at this site at this time. David: I am a little confused by your info! Were they in AL or SC when Carolina/Elisabeth STENHOUSE was born? Was she the one who married a SAVAGE? Maybe I can help! I live in Bham and also have SAVAGE but from PA Chester Co area - however I am always interested in any SAVAGE! If in AL, have you checked marriages in AL? It seems the sister Marjorie Main moved to CA, but what about the other sister that married the SAVAGE? Maybe just info about her would have been sufficient for this SAVAGE list! S

5. Re: [SAVAGE] Looking for the descendents of ?? Stenhouse Savage? [1]
What do yoiu mean, "What has this to do with Savage?" Her last name was Mrs. Savage. She was either Carolina or Elizabeth (I am unsure of first name) Stenhouse, the daughter of William Stenhouse, originally of Columbia, South Carolina. She he married a Mr. Savage. I'd say it has everything to do with Savage. I am stying to find any descendents of hers and thought if a descendent of her and her husband saw this they would know it was them I was looking for. Hello Diana in B'ham, I am in Milllbrook, just down the road from you! Anyway, I did not mean to confuse you. Look at the excerpt from my file I sent. Eben Stenhouse and his wife settled in Columbia, S.C. after coming from Scotland. All of their children were born in Columbia, S.C., including their son William Barclay Stenhouse, who was the father of the two girls I am talking about, Marjorie and I think Elizabeth Stenhouse (the second sister's first name unsure of). Anyway, I am not sure where

Do you have any time frame for this person? You note you are looking for descendants. I am a descendant of Robert Savage born between 1760 and 1770, place unknown, parents unknown. He was in Mercer Co., PA in 1800 and Brown County, OH around 1810 - 1812. Don't know his wife's name either. He did have a son named Robert Savage who married Phebe Jones in 1818 in Brown Co., OH. They were in Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., OH by 1822. I know I'm grasping at straws here but it's been five years trying to find
