I am trying to locate the family of the late Paul MORRIS who lived in the
Millett-Martin area in the early 1950s before the Savannah River Plant. The
SSDI lists a Paul MORRIS b. 24 Oct 1883, d. May 1976 and last residence at
29843 (Olar, Bamberg, SC). His wife's name was Jennie, Jamie, etc. and their
son was Paul Augustus or Augusta MORRIS.
My grandfather Horatio R. Cook was a native of Beech Island. After his
mother died in 1894, the Morris' provided cared for him.

Uriali Lynes b. 1811 in Barnwell District, SC was the son of Benjamin Isaac and Mary Ann Lynes. His wife was Elizabeth Smith also born in Barnwell District in 1820. I also know that Uriali Lynes had a brother named Sylvester and that in total Benjamin and Mary has 12 children.
