Can someone direct me to the web site that has a map of the old S.C. counties (1600s & 1700s)?
2. Memorial for Land; Craven County, S.C.; 1768 [1]
In land records in the Archive I came across the following: "Hagan, Dennis, Memorial for 150 acres on Lynches Creek, Craven County". What is a "Memorial" in regards to land? Tks. Fred Hagan

5. HAGAN, Dennis; Craven County, S.C. 1756-1770 [1]
Dennis HAGAN bought land in Craven County, S.C. in 1756, 1763, 1767 and 1768. Who were his wife and children? Other Hagan's in Craven County that also bought land: John Hagan in 1761; Maria Hagan in 1765; William Hagan (Hagans) in 1772 & 1774; John Hagan also bought land in Ninety Six District prior to 1786.
