Thanks, Gay. I think my wife has several very distant relatives buried there. In fact, I think I was even there once, but I'm not sure. I'll check it out some more.

Sheila,
Thanks for your reply. Just wondering if this is also your family ... I've
only included my DIRECT line as that is all the space allows.
Would be happy to share and would love to "fill in" some lines that I don't
have!
Let me know if you are interested.

Dear List Members,
Here it is the end June and time for the Second Quarterly Report for
2001. Can you believe how fast the time has passed? This one almost
passed me by.
The SCOCONEE Mailing List has 170 members, 119 on the Regular list and
there are 51 members on the Digest List.
As most of you know by now, the GenConnect Boards have changed.
Rootsweb.com and Ancestry.com are continuing their merger and now have
merged the GenConnect Boards. I am not sure of my feeling regarding this
yet, but will wat

on the list, so thought I would send it on in the hopes it will help someone

I am writing to notify everyone that Shirley (Pitts) Bennett's computer has crashed. She hopes that it can be fixed within 48 hours. She will go back on the list to let everyone know when when is back on line. There is a Mt Pleasant, SC and a Mt Pleasant Ga. You need to make sure which
one-first. Of it is the one in SC that would be in Union County.

This list was a big help with my finding South Union Cemetery and the Tates
there.
Now I am wondering if George and Eunice Tate's son, LLOYD TATE, might be
buried in the county somewhere. If I recall correctly, folks were
referencing county
cemetery indexes last week.
Thanks,
Karen

Dear friends,
My computer became infected with the above virus. It may have attached
itself to my email adddresses so please check your computers for the
worm. DO NOT open any file that has my email address attached to it.
Should you have the virus, it can be removed by going to this web site

and downloading the removal tool. It only takes a few minutes. I am
sorry, but I had no idea that the email I received had this virus

Mr. Holland,
I do not know if this would be any help to you. I had a great uncle
whose name was John Nicholson. He was married to Nettie Mae Holbrooks.
Both families are from Oconee County. They never had any children of there
own so they adopted a little girl. I cannot remember he last know before
adopted but her first name is KIM. They both passed away in the early to mid
80's.
