Looking for Evert SCOTT b c 1770 in NY who moved to Niagara Falls, Ontario
about 1780-1800 then to Peel Co, Ontario Canada in 1825 and took up land
there. No information on wife.
Only known child of this marriage was Abraham SCOTT who was born in 1795
likely born in USA and moved to Niagara Falls in 1800 then to Peel Co in
1826 where he died in 1856. Married to a Susannah ? born in 1804 in the
USA. Children of this marriage were;

I am looking for information on the family of my Great-great-grandfather,
William Henry Harrison Scott. I am told his father, Andrew Scott, was
born in Kentucky, 7 Sep 1803; married Martha Jay Waggoner 28 Jun 1839 in
Moultrie County, Illinois; and died 22 Jul 1857 in Sullivan Co, Missouri.
His father was Arthur Scott, born 1777 in Pennsylvania & died in Illinois;
his father was Andrew Scott, born in Scotland.

Seeking information on great-grandmother IDA MAE (SCOTT) JACKSON, b.
April 29, 1885 in Mio, Oscoda County, Mich., d. Sept. 19, 1967 in Big Sandy,
Mont., and her family. Parents were WILLIAM R. SCOTT and ELIZA (LAVERY).
Siblings were Emma, Nellie, Walter, Harvey and Wesley SCOTT.
IDA SCOTT married THOMAS WALTER JACKSON on Oct. 9, 1904 in Custer
Township, Mich. They homesteaded in Montana in 1909. Children were Linzie,

I'm looking for information on James W. SCOTT who served with
Company B of the 19th Regiment of Iowa Voluteers in the War between
the states. His residence was listed as Libertyville, Jefferson Co, IA.
He enlisted 4 Aug 1862 at age 37 and was discharged for disability 30
Jun 1863. So he must have been born about 1825. The records say he
was a native of KY.
His father was Joseph SCOTT and his mother Sarah SUTTON. I think
Sarah
came from one of the Carolinas or VA. His father served in the Mexican
War

Best info availavle so far for subject SCOTT born 07/03/1866 at Cowansville,
Province of Quebec. Parents were Perley Hall SCOTT/Sarah Ann Beard.
Leonard emigrated to US and married Sarah Ann Tate (Tait) in ME in 1877 and
lived in Massachusetts. Would appreciate any info on ancestors of Leonard John
SCOTT and Sarah Ann Tait (Tate).

I have an Evert SCOTT, born in NY 1780, moved to Niagara Falls about 1800,
Canada until 1825 and then further north and west in Ontario to Brampton
area where he died. No data on his wife. His son Abraham SCOTT, b c 1790
in US then to Niagara Falls area and then to Brampton (Chingusau Twp).
Married to Susannah ?. Had several children all born in this area most of
whom died in the cholera epidemic Francis Leonard SCOTT, b 1854, and his
