Hello - are the UK old election rolls on line? In Sydney we still have to plough through manually. However, a visit to an electoral office using their computer with current elector's name, can give bring a clue for NSW residents. UK may be the same. My Simons family are from Harlestone Northampton shire. Mrs Mary or Elizabeth Herbert was a Miss Simons with known brothers named Richard Simons (b.c 1790)and William Simons (b.1901). Not sure of Mary/Elizabeth's birth year, nor the name of her parents.

Hello Michael (?) As much as I would like to I don't think I can be of any help. My Simmons ancestry is from Aston Abbotts, Buckinghamshire and I have little information about anyone (other than my grandfather) who strayed from this area. I will keep a lookout for Charles and Mary and their son William Henry - if you know where Charles (or William) was born it would help a lot.
