Ora,
Thanks so much for the information. I did already have the information
included for the Shirers. The Shivelys are not connected, same for the
Shivel, Shriners and Shyrock. The Shroyers are connected by marriage in
Muskingum Co., OH but not in Somerset which leads me to my next
question. While you are compiling these records, are you assuming they
are all events which occurred in Somerset? I see that some information
comes from Queries and some from Family data but I can definitely say

Hi All,
I was contacted by a gentleman who lives in Jenners Twp. and is concerned

Ruby,
For what it's worth, I had a similar situation a few years ago where
a published book on my McGuffey/Little/Henry line was out of print
and was able to find a copy of it through interlibrary loan. It was
a reference copy, but our librarian here was able to have the loaning
library send it with the stipulation that it stay in our library
while I looked at it. (This book was written in the 1970's so it
wasn't fragile with age; otherwise I doubt it would have been sent.)
Good luck,
Judy
