Hi,
I was at the library yesterday and came across 7 or 8 volumes of "Passengers
and Immigration Lists Index." The books list passengers by name, age, place
of arrival, code for source, page in the source and accompanying passengers.
I only looked through Volume 1, A - G, and checked only the names I am re-
searching.
I copied the information for the following names:
BAEHR, BEARD, CARTWRIGHT, CARTWRITE

Dear Cliff,
You should be talking to the Irish-Argentine community for more details of
your family. There has a great amount of work done on family records by the
late Professor Coghlan of Buenos Aires.
All the best,

Just a brief posting to say thank you to the many members of this list. You
have helped me find a relative from Brazil who I did not know existed. He in
his turn has been able to give me more information about my family here in
the UK. I have followed up his advise and today received a copy of my
g.g.grandfather's Will (1838)for which I have been searching for two years.
My way of saying thank you is to keep a record of any names posted to this
list on my web site.

I am researching my grandfathers family and I believe that some of his brothers and sisters may have emigrated from the Ballymore area of Westmeath, Ireland between 1880 and 1900. Does anybody know where I could start searching for information on them?
Many Thanks,
Cliff Ivers.

Hi,
I have been searching for quite some time now and have had no
success in locating any information regarding my maternal great
grandfather.
His name is Edmund Lawrence DONNELLY and he was born
in Br. West Indies according to his son on the 1920 Federal,
New York census. According to his marriage certificate, he was
married to Henrietta Eliza Anne FIELD in Georgetown, Demerara,
British Guiana in 1880, at the age of 29. His wife was also age 29
at the time of their wedding was born in Ireland.
In 1886
can someone from this list tell me if there is a list for Southam in the
