Thanks Berry for the info on the surname Johnson.
The older William Johnson had a son William Jr. and is the younger William
that you listed.
I have a copy of the second will of the older William in which he did not
list all of his children. Dont know if they were alive or had moved away. A
couple of documents state that three of his sons left Anson Co. and traveled
through the Cumberland Pass area. At least two of them continued
westward/southward. I do not have a copy of William's first will, althou

of NC, another states SC. Richard Dean was a soldier in the Rev. War. Have
no idea who his wife or ancestors were. Trying to prove his children were:
Micajah (no dates, this was my ancestor), Elijah, Sally, Rebecca, and
others. Would love anything you might have run into. Micajah "might" have
been an Indian Fighter" or such. He was found in St. Augustine, Fla and the

WIll of John L. Rousseau who married Mary (?) . It is believed, but not
proven they lived in or near Macon, Ga and wee married approx 1817. They
had at least one child, William Henry Rousseau, born 9 March 1818 "in or
near Macon". Would anyone be able to help me find the Will of John L.
