I'm going to try a different attack for ancestor searching. My
TANNER Line from northwestern GA carried the gene for hemophilia.
This genetic disorder was carried into the WORSHAM and LITTLE lines
from the TANNER family. The carrier in this case may have been
Melinda (maiden name unknown) born about 1815 in GA. Her husband was
William TANNER (also born 1815 GA); they were enumerated in the 1850
census of Paulding Co GA. Other families associated with this TANNER
family included LOUDERMILK and M
My Tanner info is a follows:
Andrew Jackson Tanner born May 1822 married Sarah Jane Runnion (WV)
Mary Margaret Tanner born May 4, 1854 died Aug 8, 1906 married Daniel Minter
Bowers (Roane Co. WV)
