I have found floppy disks to be the least desirable method of moving data
from one computer to another. Either use a zip disk or a data cable.
Windows 95 & 98 both come with Direct Cable Connection or you can use
Laplink. I find this to be the easiest method. The other method is to use
a zip disk and do not compress the data. You could even just have one
database and run it from the zip disk. It seems to me that invariably when

Roots III. If you are using a Palm Pilot there was an article in Dick
Eastman's column recently about a genealogy program that will run on a Palm
Pilot. I wish Bob would port over a basic program for WinCE.
