1. RE: [TMG] Not the Same Tag Entry Screen [1]
Hi Jan, Yes, this happens to me too, again intermittently. One cause that can make it happen most times is to change the tag type from within the tag, or use F2 to search for a 2nd principal. And yes, once it starts, the only way to make it go away is to restart the program. Would the Add>Copy Tag suit your needs for this? It will bring over your source citation, as well as all the other fields filled in, just change the person's ID number and any other needed changes. 10. Re: [TMG] Another census question [1]
I disagree with Lee. The census was "supposed to be" taken _as_of_ a specific date. I have found enough examples where the information was correct as of the actual enumeration date but not as of the official date. So I always use the enumeration date if I know it. If I have the actual enumeration date I give the Census Date a surety a 3 and if the official date, a 2. bob gillis Lee Hoffman wrote: > > Robin Hoff Kaspar wrote: > >If you are using a census tag, what date do you use? Lillian, I might have been the one who answered you a year or so ago. I'm no longer on AOL, and about the only thing I miss is the logging feature. As I recall, click on File and select Log Manager, then Open Session Log, and assign a file name to it. Then every time you open a file in your folder, it is saved to a text file with the extension ".log". When you are finished logging, select Close Log. Now the log file can be read by Word or any other program that reads text files. Fran ----- Original Messa

Can't confirm anything relating to Karo Syrup. But I can testify that those boys from Cairo GA fielded a tough football team back in my day and whupped up on us pretty bad most years. Sue, Virginia reminded the list of the problem that inherent with the tabbed version of the tag screen. I had forgotten there was a systemic problem with it, as I started with the "untabbed" screen preference. By putting together all the responses, I think you may have the answers to your issue.
