2. [TN-Scott-Hist] Request for missing 1992 and 1993 SCN and IH obituaries [1]
I am trying to catch up on posting older obituaries to the website. Below is a list of Scott County News and Independent Herald newspaper editions for which I do not have obituaries. I would be grateful, and I'm sure other people would be too, if any of you have access to these older editions and would be willing to transcribe obituaries from them so that I can, in turn, post those obits to the website. Please contact me if you can help. ...tim west... Scott Co, TN Coordinator for the TNGenWeb Pro

My great- grandmother, my grandmother, my mother and me all were and are diabetics. Several of my grandmothers siblings died from complications of diabetes. There is a definite family history in the Crowley-Boshears Line. ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.

Claude Thanks for this! I appreciate it! I will print it out and examine it. It sure looks like *my* HAMBY's! I just might be able to pass on some more information to you, once I've had time to check out what you've shared with me. :-) Nancy ----- Original Message ----- From: "Claude Cheatham" To: Sent: Wednesday, June 06, 2007 10:05 PM Subject: RE: [TNSCOTT] Hiram Sexton Nancy, I sent the following attachment to you directly since attachments

Well, thanks anyway, Rae. You still might have furnished a lead! No telling who might come forth with more information. I already have heard from Claude CHEATHAM with some genealogical information, and from Stephen WEST with a little information on the musical Hambys. That's definitely a start! Possibly someone else knows something and will share another lead. Nancy ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rae Smith" To: Sent: Wednesday, June 0

_www.dreamfieldsfoods.com_ (http://www.dreamfieldsfoods.com) On their site you can click on retailers at the top and put your state in and it will tell you who carries this brand. I live in Indianapolis and my local Kroger carries it. I am also diabetic and am able to eat this without a rise in blood sugar. There is definitely a history of diabetes on my maternal side. My grandmother and my mother were Reeds from Oneida and both diabetic. It would be interesting to trace the medical histories and see how many members of the same family were diagnosed with like diseases. ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.

I have been experimenting with a new pasta called Dreamfields. It only has 5 digestable carbs per serving and it tastes just like regular pasta. There is one that you can get from a health food store made from Tofu... it has a weird texture and is in a liquid when you get it. The dreamfields is dry and you cook it just like pasta. It does not spike my bloodsugars and I have enjoyed it immensely. If you can't get it where you are at I will gladly Mail you some. Allen -----Original Message----- From: t
