10. [TNCARROL] Certificate Warrant Language [1]
I have a question about an 1820 land entry. It says that by virtue of a certificate warrant, the individual makes entry for 504 acres in a certain district. A margin note made in 1821 says "381--made void by ___." Can someone tell me what this means? Also, how can I find or get a copy of the certificate warrant? I have searched high and low and cannot find the answers to these questions. Thank you for any help you might provide. Sylvia
