Hi,
Am looking for information on William Todd, born in England or Scotland
about 1783. He married Bathsheba BRIGGS on 4 Oct. 1807 in New York City.
They lived in New York City in 1810 and 1830. In 1850 they lived in
Huntington, Long Island (NY). I only know of one daughter, Sarah Ann TODD
LUDLOW, but I know they had other children.
Is anyone else researching New York TODDS?
Thanks,
Lise

I have a lot of information regarding Scottish Todds in Clackmannan,
Stirlingshire, Lanarkshire and Fife but have only made the connection to
Clackmannan and Stirlingshire in the late 1700s through the present. Have you
looked through the archives of this list?
Recently I've been exploring www.scottishdocuments.com where you can look for
wills, etc. from the mid 16th century to 1875 online. Searches are free - to
order a copy of the actual document is 5 GB pounds apiece. This is an

Christine,
Have you tried the Tay Valley List? You might get a lot there,
but this list is not very active, and most of us seem to have TODD's
who came to America or elsewhere a long time ago, like in the 1600's
or 1700's.
Good Luck,
Betty Sullivan

I have basically just started researching my family history. My grandfather
was Warren Frank Todd born in Boston, Ma in 1904. He passed away in 1989.
At some point he moved to Indiana/Illinois and married my grandmother

His mother's maiden name was Galizia (phonetic spelling). He had a sister
but don't know her name. He had a son, also Warren Frank, and I believe a
