He is in the 1901, 1891 and 1881 census with parents William and Mary but his last name is BRANCH in 1881. I am looking for the parents of William Toliver Turner of Marshall, Fauquier Co. Va. (neighbor of Judge Marshall). William was born ca. 1824 and died intestate around March 1865.
