State Representative Harvey Hilderbran has introduced the following bills
HB1011 deals with abandoned cemeteries on private property and the changes
will allow the property owner to petition a District Court to remove the
cemetery dedication on the land and will then require the removal of all
human remains.
This bill changes will also require notice of such filing requiring it
must be given to the Texas Historical Commission and will allow the THC and
local county historical commissions to inter

I did look there before & did not find him.
I did see that all the soldiers from Missouri on that list were Union.
But there were confederates from Mo that fought, but probably not under the Mo. flag?
So confusing.

I found him on the 1890 Veterans schedule for Erath, Texas.

The 1860 census has him living in Capville, Flat Creek, Barry, Missouri.
The 1870 census has him living in Oil Trough, Big Bottom, Independence, Arkansas.
