Sheila, Jim is right that this came to you from the ETGS mail list. Beyond that, you should NEVER click on links like this that come in e-mail. This is a primary method used by bad guys to pass malware (viruses, worms, etc.). The person the message was from may have clicked on the same link she got in a message from someone else, then it infected her computer, then it goes through her entire address book and sends the message to everyone in the address book.
