Would anyone know where a birth certificate or details could be found for the following - Eileen BELL aged 3 weeks on arrival in New York on the Baltic on Jan 20 1913, born at sea Bay of Biscay. The family, John & Esther BELL, were travelling from New Zealand to New York so I am assuming that the baby was born between New Zealand and either Liverpool or Queenstown on another ship as the Baltic left Liverpool on Jan 9th and Queenstown on Jan 10th to travel to New York so the age of 3 weeks would be outside t
