17. city & town coordinators / help from historical societies [1]
I have received help, and offers for help I haven't taken up yet, from the historical societies of both my counties. They have both given me permission to use historical books put out by them as well as burial records. I can have access to many more records held by the societies when I can get off my rear and do something with them. They all seem very eager to get the info on the web and are even more eager that someone is willing to do it (esp. for free!) They must think I'm a c

I am new to this, and am very surprised at how much useless information I am receiving. I am wondering why I even bother with subscribing. Phew. Now I feel better. ------------
