Hi Marion, I didn't see a reply for your request. I took a look at Joseph's draft card registration and it looks like he registered Sept. 12, 1918. Joseph declares himself an alien which means he wasn't a citizen of the U.S. so I don't know if he would have been called up for any active duty......also since his age is listed as 42 yrs. old, he probably wouldn't have been sent on active duty either.
