I'm looking for the final resting place for 6 souls from Shenandoah
County who were buried about 1800, probably within walking distance
of Hawinkstown, between Woodstock and Mt. Jackson, Va. on Route 11,
called the Valley Turnpike. Names were John Chaney, his wife Mary,
his daughter Atheliah who was Mrs. Joseph Biller, Joseph, his brother
Jacob, and sister Frances. I can find no trace of these six. Any
help will be appreciated. Jimb856@Comcast.net

I also have a distant cousin that is a decendant from this line.
Nicholas had several children 2 of which were boys. Peter and John Nicholas.
My cousin comes down through Peter, and wife Sarah Wilson and I come down
through John and wife M
Do you happen to know the county? That would help a lot. I checked
