Hi DRU!!!!! It has been awhile since I heard from you. How have you been?.
Thanks for responding to my request. Her is what I know about Jerrerson Lambert,
from other family members. He lived until Dec. 25, 1923 and is burred in
Ordway Cemetery near Bristol Tn. Sullivan county. He had family around Bristol Va.

Tim,
Thanks bunches for the offer to do look-ups. Could you check 1920 and 1930
census in California for Frederick Sumner, b. 1894; married 1915 to Frances
Silvia, b. 1889. They had 5 children but one or two might have died before
1930. Fred and Frances separated at some point but I don't know when so he
might not be in the 1930 census. Last child that I am sure of was born
1923.

Peter,
If this is the correct family, they must have moved by 1941. I looked
at the 1930 image again and the handwriting is a little hard to read,
but it looks like they lived at 3821 Beckland? Reckland? Rackland?
Rockland? Place in Lynchburg.
Hope this helps.

Ms. Crowe,
James Dunn, is described as a mulatto and should show up on the 1790 and/or the 1810 census records. He appears in the city of New Orleans in Dec. of 1818, I suspect that he is leaving Virginia due to the 1805 prohibition of free blacks. He list his occupation as carpenter and was in his mid-twenties to early thirties in 1818.

lady was living with the Pace family in 1910,but
I can't find what the connection is.
My mother was Vera Walker Pace- she referred
to her as Aunt Fannie Cosby.
In 1878 , a Edward Cosby signed an application
for my grgrandmother's pension.Do you have a
earlier census showing him next door?.She was
Mary Herndon Robinson, wife of David C.Robinson.
My grandmother, Rebecca ,wife of John W.Pace
was still living in 1900. She died in 1941.
Does this show John W.Pace
