Hi, we just complete a tax record on Bethia Fairfax dating back to 1848.
Would this be of interest to you? Shows ownership of a parcel of land
in
northern virginia.

Anne,
Yes, I do know Betsy, I exchange Conn research with her and a lady named
Jean Wall. I was not able to get to library last week and have gone over
the books I have so much do not think anything new in them, so I am
really dead ended on all my surname's.
I have to go pick up my mother and take her to doctor today, she is in a
nursing home. She will be 87 in June, think she is in many ways doing
better than I am.
What NVG books was it that you found all the Foley's ??
Sondra
I was interested because of 1. I have ancestors that hail from there
And 2. If Loudoun county was part of Fairfax. And your reply is
fascinating. How vast it was. They have a wonderful library there!

Dear List,
I have a family member who's currently involved in the Fairfax County
juvenile justice system. This family member will probably be sent to a
"downstate" juvenile facility that's described more as a jail than a
detention center. If anyone has knowledge of the conditions within this
"downstate" facility could you please e-mail me privately at
cmovahed@hotmail.com. Specifically, I'm concerned about inmate safety
within the facility, gang activity, security issues, etc. I appreciate it

You are a Saint! Thank you very much. Until this point, we had no idea
where Henry moved to. All we had was family bible info on birth and
marriage dates, and his burial stone in the family cemetery in Ammissville.

Hi Anne,
Sibella GIBSON was Sibella REAGAN, daughter of Michael REAGAN.
Michael REAGAN's Will was proved 15 Nov 1773 in Fairfax Co. VA.
A wife Rebecca was mentioned, who may or may not have been
Sibella's mother.
Sibella married 1) William DONALDSON Jr.; they had daughter
Amelia/Mildred T. DONALDSON, who married 13 Mar 1779 in Fairfax
County Gerrard Trammell CONN, son of Hugh CONN Jr. (b. 1723 in
Prince George's Co. MD) and second wife Mary TRAMMELL.
Sibella married 2) Robert GIBSON; they had son John GI
Henry Bramson Anderson was born 6 March 1831, probably in Fauquir County, VA. He married Eugenia E. Griffin on 24 December 1863, probably in Rappahannock Co., VA. Henry died at an unknown location in 1909.
Would SKS please look for this couple on the 1870, 1880 and 1900 Federal censuses for us? TIA!

Can anyone identify this Sibella Gibson -will probated Fairfax Co 1784? The
Gibson spouse she had?, and further on the two adult children. Have some
idea, but need more proof on this:
Sorting out files - looking for details and following a small lead. Perhaps
