The town of Matildaville was also founded at the same time. There are still ruins of the canal and Matildaville. The site is now located in the Great Falls Park in Fairfax County Virginia.

I'm from Medina, Ohio. A Vietnam veteran asked if I could locate where his friend is buried so he can go visit the gravesite. The person's name is Ralph Henry Reid, he was born in Belle Haven, Fairfax County, VA. Oct. 26, 1942. He died Feb. 11, 1968 in Vietnam. Any information on where he is buried would be helpful.
