Richard TRENARY b 25 May 1717 in East Newlyn, Cornwall, came to LOUDOUN CO, VA
in April 1742.
He married before 1752 near Leesburgh to Mary (? surname unknown, could be
FENTON).
They had an indenture for a farm of 100 acres with son William and later had
a son Samuel Fenton TRENARY b 1760 LOUDOUN CO.
There were several other children, Nancy and Benjamin and Emanuel.
I need to sort all the children of RICHARD and MARY TRENARY and have proofs.

Hello,
Found a reference to a road laid down from Edge's Ford to Francis
Carney's place. Does anyone know where Edge's Ford was? Also, does
anyone have any information on the Carney family? I have an ancestor,
Winford Carney. Only thing we have been able to discover about her, is
that she was married on the bank of the Shenandoah River in 1791, to
William Love, lived in Shenandoah County for a few years and moved with
her children to Harrison County. Any tidbit of information would be
appreciated.

Hello,
I've been working on putting together an updated version of the book
STEER GENEALOGY (Some Genealogy of a Steer Family) by Isaac S. Russell
since about 1988.
I've recently discovered these Listserves for genealogy in various
counties so I thought I'd take a shot at this in order to collect more

Isaac Steer married Ruth Mercer. They came from Ireland to Lancaster

Hi, I am researching the CRISMORE surname and variant spellings. My ancestor
was Adam CRISMORE and was living in Greenbrier Co, VW by 1808. I have found
the CRISMORE name on the 1830-60 census of Frederick Co, VA. Does anyone
know if CRISMORE was also spelled CHRISMAN/CRISMAN? Have seen many variant
spellings which makes it difficult to trace. Is anyone researching this name?
Looking for Adam's parents and siblings.
Appreciate any help or information. Thank you.
Vicki
Please....anyone that wish to correspond with the Grannies, do so via private e-mail,
not on the lists. We can appreciate their works, but I have had too many complaints
from subscribers. Nuff said.
Thanks,
