Joane, The Library of VA has cemetery records for the City of Richmond owned cemeteries on microfilm in its miscellaneous films. You might check about an interlibrary loan or possibly getting them through the Family History Center near you. The cemeteries include Shockoe, Hollywood, Riverview and Maury.
