Having a problem in Riner.
My grand parents are buried in Riner. William Cemetery. Apparently a man
has purchased the land. he will not open the gates for us to go on property to
see the stones, etc
My first question is how to get on land?
Secondly, if I want to exhume the bodies and place them on my land where
there is a cemetery already. Any one know what procedures i would follow?
Thanks Kathleen Estes
