I have been searching for my John COAKLEY m. Susan BRADSHAW and have
received this information. I'm not sure if it pertains to my John yet or
not, but I hope it will help someone.
This is from a burial permit for Forest Lawn Cemetery, Buffalo, N. Y.

Spotsylvania Co. in 1798, you may be interested in a relatively new issue
(Feb 1999) of Magazine of Virginia Genealogy. There is a long list (about 21
pages) of taxpayers and the parish in which they are located in Spotsylvania
for that year.
Back issues (now in volumes, I believe) of recent Mags of VA Geneal can be
