"State Papers, Vol. XXVI," being the N.H. Grants to Vermont has the following info for a Stephen Fay. Don't know if he is yours or not, but here it is.
Page 384 lists Stephen Fay as a grantee of Rubert. Other Fay's listed for Rupert are John Fay, Barnabas Fay, Jonas Fay, Benj Fay jun., and Stephen Fay jun.

It seems that we have a common ancestor. Your Betsey and my Lyman May were brother and sister. Betsey May was Harvey's second wife. His first wife was Betsey's sister Rosanna May who died soon after their marriage. I believe she is buried near her parents in Marlbo

I have looked at the original Plymouth, Vermont census records for 1900 an
1910. There is no one named Wade in either Census. What is the basis for
your request? Perhaps with more specific information we can find the
information you want.
