I would like to get in touch with someone I met in 1980 in the Bronx, NY named Anthony (Tony) Waddle. He would probably be about 41 years old.

I found Meek Marshall very quickly in the online 1880 census. His mother, Liddie, was born in Indiana and his father, George, was born in Scottland. He has 7 brothers and sisters.
