5. Kirkmichael [1]
Hi All, Can anyone please tell me how I can find out whether there are any graves in the Kirkmichael cemetery for the surnames Knox or Clegg, and if so what Christian names go with them. It seems that Alexander Knox and Jane Clegg were married in Kirkmichael in 1829, and then moved to Dailly, so I suppose it is reasonable to assume that they came from there originally? Regards Chris

I am connected to this family and have been trying to research them. The Rev John Cuthbertson said he was born in Ayr, Ayrshire. I have been trying to find the rest of his family (siblings). I have some info about the Rev's family. One of the Rev's children, Walter, died about age 20. The other two, John and Sarah moved to Washington Co., PA. John was a medical doctor
