Hi List. I am a new subscriber to your list and would like to do a roll-call of the folk I'm researching. I hope this is permissible, it is not a request for specific information, more a general call for any tid-bit of knowledge regarding the people themselves, and anything known of their descendants. This list is off the top of my head. If anyone thinks they have any knowledge of this family I'll be more than happy to go into detail. This Bishop family moved to Cannon Township, Kent County, Michigan from Bishop Street, Henderson Township, Jefferson County, New York about 1845. John Bishop, born CT or NH, son of Calvin Laura Kellogg Bishop, his wife, born Jefferson County, NY, daughter of Israel Kellogg Loomis K(ellogg?) Bishop, their son, born NY, married Ellen Smith of Henderson, NY
