Judy,
I don't have new information for you, but I do have an hypothesis that
William Right/Wright and Anna Marsh's daughter, Annie married William Price
(of Wolf Run, Barbour County VA/WV).
Here goes.
William Wright and Anna Marsh m. 1797 in Randolph County VA. They had,
among others, a daughter Annie/Ann/Anna b. ca. 1800. Annie/Ann/Anna
Right/Wright m. Martin Poling in 1816 in the same county. I don't know what
happened to Martin Poling, but Anna Poling married William Price (of Wolf
Run) 3 years late

While at the local library today, I saw the highlights of the Appalchian
Quarterly with a long article on William S. Wright who was murdered by
the KKK.
This article was written by Nancy Clark Brown, and evidently there had
been some previous discussion of this murder in other volumes of the
quarterly.
Since this list is dedicated to the Wright surname, I thought some might
be interested in reading this article. There are 30 pages, and I could
copy it and mail it to anyone, but I looked and to buy a cop
I keep searching for any additional clues for William H. Wright. Most of the information I have for him comes from the 1900 and 1910 Arkansas Census. William H. Wright and wife Cynthia lived in Fulton County, Arkansas. The 1900 census shows that William was born December 1855 in Illinois and that his father (name unknown) was born in Indiana and mother (name unknown) was born in Alabama. I don't know if he had siblings or how many if he did.
William married Cynthia Elizabeth Kissee in Ozark County, M

Do these Wrights have a connection with John Wright b. 1807 who came to Pike and Warrick counties in Indiana from Maryland via Virginia? I have descendants, but nothing before John. Neidra Wright Davis
Janet,
Interesting. Myra named one of her daughters Lorenza, which I figured
was because of Lorenzo Dow, the Preacher. Also named one son Harrison
L. Wright; and another son William Thomas Wright. Have not come across
D.K. Owens and William Harrison Wright.
Thanks for the input.

I called the number for Wendell Tombaugh in regard to the Lillie White book.
He does not have any copies and would appreciate not having his number
published. He is 87 and has an invalid wife. He gave me the following
information:
