Anyway, I thought maybe perhaps your other followers and organizations you contribute to would be interested in this tidbit: MAKE MINE MARYLAND, a genealogy 4 day program sponsored by The Anne Arundel County Genealogy Society of Maryland. Would like to reintroduced the surnames of Mayles and Conkle . The Mayles family originated in Ohio near Athens , a place called sugar creek , would like to know what my Grandad's fathers name was ? My father's name was was Chalmer Dwight Conkle , My grandmother's name was Nellie and my Grandad's name was Henry William Conkle . They are all buried at Mill Creek near Hookstown , Pa. Hello listmembers, I'm looking for info on the Ralston families 1770-1925 in Ohio, Brooke, Hancock counties VA/WV & Washington Co PA. Greetings, List Members! I just received the latest issue of "POW," the newsletter of the Tri-state Genealogical and Historical Society (PA/OH/WV). It contains a nice article about Clarence E. Wright of Lisbon OH who was successful in obtaining a Civil War medal created for his ancestor, James Bahannan.
